The Bride of Christ: Get Yourself Ready

The Bride of Christ: Get Yourself Ready

I am adapting a message previously written on the Bride of Christ, because of the amazing response I had after posting a video of it on YouTube. I am still getting hits every day and am over 500 in just two weeks.

I decided to post this message in video format also just three days ago, and have had 190 hits already. There seems to be a great interest in the subject. Maybe the Spirit of God is now urgently calling His Church (The Bride) to get herself ready for time is running out. I don’t profess to have the only revelation there is on the subject.

Time is Running Out

Time is Running Out

Jesus is going to come back again and no one knows the day nor the hour, but we can prepare ourselves for that day. It does say that we are not to be ignorant of the season of His return. 1 Thessalonians 5:1. Did you know that there are lots of signs to show us that we are in the season of His return?

Knowing Christ within

Knowing Christ within

I have been exploring again the whole area of faith as I believe we need to remind ourselves often of how important faith is. Paul says that without faith it is impossible to please God. I want to be pleasing to God, don’t you?

“And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.” Hebrews 11:6

It's Time to Arise

It's Time to Arise

This photo below is one that I took the other evening as I was walking through the bush near my home. It was getting dark, but a beam of light was streaming through a hole in the trees and made a pool of light on the bank next to my path. As I walked past it, my shadow appeared in the light. I had just been declaring that the Church would arise according to Isaiah 60:1-3 and shine in these last days when darkness covered the earth. I believe this was a sign that my prayers were on track and God knew my every thought.

But We See JESUS

But We See JESUS

We humans have 5 senses in which to contact the physical world. They are the senses of seeing, smelling, touching, tasting and hearing. One of the most powerful senses of them all is that of sight. The reason I say this is that in the Garden of Eden, it was sight that caused Eve to originally fall into sin.

“When the woman ‘saw’ that the fruit of the tree was good for food and pleasing to the eye, and also desirable for gaining wisdom, she took some and ate it. She also gave some to her husband, who was with her, and he ate it. Then the eyes of both of them were opened, and they realised they were naked; so they sewed fig leaves together and made coverings for themselves.” Genesis 3:6-7

“When she SAW that the fruit ..” The power of sight can be used for and against us in this life. God and the Devil both know how powerful our sense of sight is and how it can influence us for both good and evil.
