I find the discovery of Tutankhamen’s Tomb in Egypt very inspiring. When Howard Carter the explorer looked through a crack in the door at the vast treasure within, he said, ”I see wonderful things.” Jesus invites us to a far greater treasure than that. Things that eye has not seen nor ear heard, the wonderful riches of Christ. Many of us have received the gift of Christ but haven’t really opened the present.
