Paul asked God for a prosperous journey to Rome. I look at what happened after that prayer. He was arrested, had plots of death against him. He was jailed, and shipwrecked. Not exactly an answer to prayer? Or was it? He spoke to kings had a visitation from an Angel and Jesus Himself. Healed the sick and caused a revival on the island of Malta. He ended up speaking to the Ruler of the World. In man’s eyes he was considered a failure but in God’s eyes he was extremely prosperous.
